For unit A,  the production in May = 331
The production in January = 352
Decrease in percentage = (352 - 331)/352 * 100
                                      = 21/352 * 100
                                      = 5.97% ≈ 6%

Ans. Production in 2004 = 70 thousand tonnes
Production in 2005 = 110 thousand tonnes
So increase in percentage
= (110-70)/70 * 100 = 40/70 * 100 = 57.14% ≈ 60%
