Ans.From the given code 'this is good' and 'she is pretty' we can say that code of 'is' is 'po'. Also from the code of 'this is good' and 'very good movie' we can say that code for 'good' is 'ma'.Thus, code for 'this' is 'si'.

Ans. The new arrangement of letters will be as follows "R V O Q F L B B X"
Arranging them in the alphabetical order, we get "B B F L O Q R V X".
Hence the fourth from the right of the new arrangement is Q.
